Replacing the windows in your home will enhance its overall beauty while giving your budget a boost by helping conserve costly energy. Here are some frequently asked questions that will help you clearly understand our approach to helping customers replace the windows in their home.
Q. Where is Clear Choice Windows based out of and do you have a showroom?
A. Clear Choice Windows has offices in Gwinnett, Douglas and Hall Counties ( Gainesville ) to serve our customers. Yes, we do meet with customers at our office although a pre-set appointment must be made. Ideally, Clear Choice needs to see the windows you are trying to replace so an accurate, thorough quote can be presented. Because of this, we bring the showroom to the comfort of your own home.
Q. How long does it take to manufacture the windows and how long does the installation take?
A. Because each window is custom manufactured for your home, it takes 2-3 weeks to build your windows. Installation is normally done in one to two days, depending on the size of the project. Customers are normally installed within 4 weeks from the order date.
Q. How much does it cost?
A. Unlike many of our competitors, Clear Choice Windows does not subject our customers to high-pressure sales tactic. Clear Choice Windows firmly believes in providing customers with a direct and honest approach to pricing each project. All our products and installation costs are provided in a pre-printed, easy-to-understand format. This allows our customers to build windows to their specifications and to their budgets.
Q. How does the process work?
A. After the windows are priced to the customer's specifications, each window is individually measured. These measurements are then submitted to the manufacturer for production. The manufacturer builds the windows and ships them to the Clear Choice warehouse. Customers are then called and a convenient installation date is set.
Q. Why choose vinyl windows?
A. The biggest advantage with vinyl windows is that they are maintenance free. All Clear Choice Windows are made of 100% virgin vinyl. This means they will never pit, crack, peel, fade or require painting. Vinyl is a natural insulator which adds to the energy efficiency of the windows. Vinyl won’t swell and is not susceptible to insect damage.
